This Terms of Use agreement governs your use of the PillPal mobile application ("App") and services. By downloading or using PillPal, you agree to these terms.

1. Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

1.1 This app uses Apple's Standard EULA for iOS applications. You can review the full terms of that agreement here.

2. Subscription and Pricing

2.1 PillPal offers an auto-renewable subscription to access premium features:

• £4.99 per month, following your free 7-day trial.

2.2 All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3 Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings at any time.

3.5 Unused portions of any free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Use of the App

4.1 You are granted a non-transferable license to use PillPal on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, under the terms of the Apple Standard EULA and in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules.

5. External Services Disclaimer

5.1 PillPal uses WhatsApp to deliver medication reminders. WhatsApp is a third-party platform and has its own privacy policy. PillPal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Termination

7.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by canceling your subscription.

8. Medical Disclaimer

8.1 PillPal is a medication reminder and management tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

8.2 PillPal does not replace the advice of your GP, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. Always follow the instructions provided with your medication and seek professional advice for any health concerns.

8.3 In an emergency, call 999 or contact NHS 111. Do not rely on the app for urgent or emergency situations.

9. Your Consumer Rights & Governing Law

9.1 These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including any cooling-off / cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.

9.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
